Booking Conditions & Payment Method

Tamarind Travel is a full service travel & tour company that is located in Yangon, Myanmar . The following conditions apply for any booking with Tamarind.

(1) Tour Price

Rates are inclusive of:

All domestic airfares
Hotel accommodations (twin sharing basis)
Daily breakfast
Transfers
Air-conditioned vehicle
Station Tour guide
Entrance fees
Government tax

Rates are exclusive of:

Travel Insurance
Lunch and Dinner

(2) Reservations

*Tours can be booked via filling in your trip details on the online Booking for Domestic Residents of the website.

*Kindly indicate any special requests on the Reservation form so that we can best accommodate you.

(3) Payment

Payments are made by cash in US Doller after you have received your confirmation e-mail by Tamarind Travel.

A 30% of tour cost deposit is required to guarantee reservations.
The remaing payment is due the date before starting of the tour.

(4) Tour Amendments

Tour details can be amended at any time prior to confirmation without charge.

(5) Cancellations of Bookings

Tamarind's clients can cancel a booking at anytime prior to the start of the trip, either in writing, via e-mail, or telephone call. Your cancellation will be effective when Tamarind receives and acknowledges your cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply:

(6) Refund

There will be no refunds after the commencement of travel.
Refund will be given for unused services included in program if it is directly caused by Tamarind.

(7) Children's Pricing

One child under 12 years old is entitled to a reduction of 50% of tour price, provided that he/she is accompanied by two full-paying adults and stays in the same room in an existing bed. Please check with Tamarind when you make reservation.

(8) Documents

You will need a passport or your work ID Card.
