Leisure on Inle Lake

Guests are certain to get the most memorial leisurely moments of visiting Inle Lake. We will see firsthand the lifestyle of Intha people - including their fishing method which can be seen only on Inle Lake. Observe how villagers grow fresh produce with floating gardens that dot this natural and unique lake.

Day 1
Yangon/Heho by morning flight.
After arrival, an hour scenic drive to Inle Lake where we will drop in elevation as the road winds down to this beautiful lake. Visit the place where women weave garments with the stem from the Lotus flower. We will also observe the hand made production of the famous Burmese cheroots or Burmese cigars. Also on our visit to Inle we will observe the Cat Jamping Monestary where monks have raised and cared for these agile four-legged felines. Enjoy Sunset from your hotel room terrace seeing the sun shine on the refreshing lake, which will fill your heart with wonderful memories.

Day 2
Visit the market day of village where has a every five day alternately set by local.
IF THIS MARKET IS EVRY FIVE DAYS WHY PUT IT ON THE SCHEDULE-AS THERE IS THE GUEST WILL BE ABLE TO SEE ACCORDING TO THE MARKET DAY SCHEDULE SET BY LOCAL.

We will meet different hill tribes who return from their surrounding villages to peddle fresh fruits and vegetables grown on their farms. We will also see the process of the Shan umbrella that is made from mulberry bark. We will enjoy lunch on a floating restaurant where you will see families making their way to various destinations - sometimes carrying food staples or other items with them in their canoes.

Day 2
Relax at the hotel in the morning.
Transfer to airport Heho airport, an hour flight to Yangon.
